Peekaboo's Mom's Roast

Aluminum Foil Roast

Place aluminum foil in baking pan (be sure to cut it long, and you may want to cut three pieces, one for the length of the pan, two overlapping for the width of the pan...you'll be wrapping the roast and trimmings...).

Place roast in the middle of the aluminum foil. You may wish to season the roast first with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.

Pour two packets of dry onion soup mix over the roast.

Pour one can of cream of mushroom soup over the roast. (I use the family sized cans...)

Wrap the roast in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2-3 hours...

Yummy! Mom and I cut up potatoes and use a 1 lb. package of baby carrots around the roast, inside the foil. Dinner all in one dish! :) Easy peasy!
